Yongxing Edible Oil Sdn. Bhd. commenced business as Yiong Heng Trading & Transport Sdn. Bhd. which was incorporated on 9th April 1997 under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965. The core business of the Company in the initial years was local trucking transportation of a large range of goods of which a high percentage was Palm Oil products and as time and business progressed the Company moved into the business of import/export of Palm Oil and its related derivatives such as Palm Kernel, Palm Fatty Acids, Alcohol, Glycerine and Oleo chemicals.

With the strong business growth of the Palm Oil products and its related derivatives the Company took the next logical step to rename the business as Yongxing Edible Oil Sdn. Bhd., in the year of 2001, to reflect the Company's bold commitment to its present nature of business.
